1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Jobflow Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.
2. Services
Jobflow Studio provides website development, SEO, automation, CRM setup, and digital advertising services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in individual project agreements between Jobflow Studio and the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information as needed for project work
- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
- Provide necessary access to accounts, platforms, and tools as required
- Ensure they have the right to use any content they provide
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, schedules, and amounts are specified in individual project agreements. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Late payments may be subject to service suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom work created for their project (website code, designs, content). Jobflow Studio retains the right to use project work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Jobflow Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver high-quality results, Jobflow Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic numbers, or lead volumes. Results vary based on industry, competition, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. In the event of early termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
